As an IRANZ Coach graduate, I thought you would be aware of other coaches or players who would benefit from our upcoming programmes during the second week of the April school holidays.

Il gruppo iniziale di giocatori era insufficiente per affrontare con serenità un campionato di serie C Elite Veneto, la ripartizione dei giocatori tra le 2 squadre senior è stata approssimativa e priva di logica. Alcuni giocatori, che hanno fatto tribuna tutta la stagione in A2, sarebbero stati molto utili all’Amatori per disputare un campionato onorevole.
Gli atleti hanno avuto buona presenza agli allenamenti, in media con gli obiettivi prefissati.
Nel girone d’andata, abbiamo ottenuto pessimi risultati , solo una vittoria. Nel ritorno , nonostante alla squadra si siano aggiunti giocatori non siamo riusciti ad invertire la tendenza vincendo solo 2 partite ma almeno giocando tutte le altre alla pari dei nostri concorrenti.
Un particolare ringraziamento a Mirco Carraro nel doppio ruolo di assistente e manager della squadra, oltre a Laura e Marcello Magrulli.

At International Rugby Academy Ltd (IRAL) our focus is firmly on high performance. Our formula requires two courses (players and coaches) to be run in tandem so coaches can observe coaching methods and processes firsthand.
Week One will provide you with a framework to identify talent, increase your positional knowledge, analyse performance and design a strategy and game plan. This is the week our positional specialists work with players on the High Performance Players’ Course. Coaches on the high performance course will have the opportunity to observe and interact with these position specific specialists during this time. We concentrate on ‘remedial coaching’ or ‘problem solving’ after the first match is played at the end of this week.
Week Two provides the opportunity to assess strengths and weaknesses of the team building up to the final match. You will also focus on the areas of coaching you wish to develop further working with players on the high performance course and with local club or school teams.
Throughout each course we will introduce highly qualified tutors and coaches to address the areas of their specific expertise. I am confident these courses will provide you with solid knowledge, different perspectives and a challenging interactive two weeks. The cosmopolitan mix of coaches we will have on each course will create an infectious and highly stimulating environment and a sharing of ideas that will benefit all. IRAL aims to provide a service to those in rugby who wish to achieve and will provide the steps to help coaches and players on their way.

Una sfida impossibile.
Talvolta anche i “mussi” volano.
Niente paura, non si parla di calcio ma di una squadra di Rugby di San Pietro Incariano, provincia di Verona. Un po’ di giocatori non “adatti” per giocare in serie B, un po’ di ragazzi usciti dalla giovanile, ed il gioco è fatto, primi classificati alla fine del campionato di serie C CIV Ovest e promozione in serie C Elite. I numeri parlano da soli 16 vittorie su 18 incontri, 75 punti, 87 mete, 619 punti fatti.
Grazie ragazzi per il vostro impegno e tutte le soddisfazioni che mi avete dato, grazie Ciccio per il Tuo aiuto costante e appassionato, grazie Marcello e Laura per il vostro sostegno e impegno per non far mancare niente alla squadra. Tra un mese comincia un’altra avventura, tutta un’altra storia, squadre più forti e fisiche ma chissà, forse i “mussi” possono volare ancora.
